This Privacy Policy explains how AI Market Teacher (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares personal data when you chat with our educational WhatsApp assistant or visit aimarketteacher.com (together, the “Service”). For any privacy question or request, contact us at privacy@aimarketteacher.com.

1. Data we collect

• Contact details: your WhatsApp phone number and the profile name shown on your WhatsApp account.
• Conversation content: the messages you send us and the replies we send you.
• Usage information we derive: the language you use, the topics, assets and question types you ask about, and the dates and times of your messages.
• Advertising information: if you start a chat by clicking one of our ads, Meta shares a reference to that ad (such as an ad identifier and click identifier) so we can measure which ads people respond to.
• Technical data: our hosting and network providers may process technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to operate and secure the Service.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment card details, passwords, identity documents or other sensitive data. Our website does not use cookies or analytics trackers.

2. How we use your data

• To answer your questions and provide the educational content you request.
• To keep short-term context in a conversation (for example, the last asset you asked about and your preferred language).
• To share your details with partner firms as described in section 3, where you are interested in personalised guidance.
• To measure the performance of our advertising.
• To maintain, secure and improve the Service, including preventing spam and abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

Depending on where you live, we rely on your consent, on the performance of the service you requested, on our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service, and on legal obligations as the legal bases for this processing.

3. Sharing with partner firms

AI Market Teacher is an educational tool and does not provide personal investment advice. When you ask investment-related questions, we may share your phone number, WhatsApp profile name, preferred language and the questions you asked with selected partner firms that offer investment advisory or brokerage services, so that they can contact you about their services. We may receive a fee from these partners.

Partner firms that receive your data use it under their own privacy policies and are responsible for how they process it. If you do not want to be contacted, reply STOP in the chat or email us, and we will stop sharing your details from that point on. To object to processing by a partner that has already received your data, you can also contact that partner directly; we will tell you which partner received your data on request.

4. Service providers

We use trusted providers that process data on our behalf, in the following categories:

• messaging platform (WhatsApp Business Platform by Meta);
• cloud hosting, databases and website hosting / content delivery;
• AI language model providers, which process the text of your messages to help generate replies;
• market data providers, which receive only the asset or symbol being looked up, not your personal data;
• productivity tools used to manage contact requests.

A list of our current providers is available on request. We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public.

5. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than your own, including the European Union and the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by those providers, such as standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep data

• Short-term conversation context: up to 30 days.
• Language preference: up to 7 days after your last message.
• Your contact record and question history: until you ask us to delete it or the Service is discontinued.
• Backups: deleted data may remain in backups for up to 14 days.

Data already shared with partner firms is kept according to their own policies.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, to withdraw your consent at any time, and to receive a copy of your data. To exercise these rights, email privacy@aimarketteacher.com from, or mentioning, the WhatsApp number you used. We may need to verify your request.

Replying STOP stops messages and marks you as opted out; it does not by itself delete your data. See Data deletion.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (for example, the Information Commissioner’s Office in the United Kingdom or the Personal Data Protection Authority in Türkiye).

8. Automated answers

Replies are generated automatically with the help of AI and market data. They are educational, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and are not decisions about you. Do not rely on them as investment advice.

9. Children

The Service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has used the Service, contact us and we will delete their data.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
